Derived from a modified version of the ROT-13 encoding engine, ROT10 is designed to be pronounced, and easily decoded: Encoding and decoding are the same process. Originally I made it as a quick-and-dirty Tsurani for Raymond Feist based RPG, but it's useful for anything where you need something easy, yet speakable. To turn it on, type /rot10on, and to turn it off, /rot10off. Simple as that, everything you type will be ROT10'd.
